Payment

All payments to Gas Art are to be processed via PayPal. Paypal is a safe, fast and easy way to make payments online.

Delivery

Once payment has been processed and confirmed by Paypal, we will deliver to most addresses within Australia and to international locations. We require a street address – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. Some remote locations may not be serviced, however Gas Art’s carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products.

All deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday. For orders please allow from the confirmation of payment:

  • 4 – 7 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State of Australia
  • 5 – 10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns in Australia
  • 7 – 14 working days for delivery to remote locations in Australia
  • 10 – 21 working days for delivery to International locations, however, may take longer due to international transport delays.

Please note that these delivery items are estimates only, and actual delivery items may vary. Gas Art utilise Australian Post and its agencies for all deliveries. We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and on delivery address. All products are packaged to our best possible ability and is incorporated within the delivery charge.

Acceptance of Delivery

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Gas Art to be authorised to receive the products. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Gas Art’s carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

Returns  Policy

Due to the nature of our products, in particular, the age and condition of goods, please note that Gas Art reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.  Before committing to any purchases we highly  recommend our customers to fully view the images of all goods carefully. If the goods you purchased do not match the description or image, Gas Art will accept product returns.  You  will need to contact us via email and present  a copy of the receipt you received by email.

Gas Art is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information obtained from you for the purposes of executing a refund or exchange will be handled in accordance with Gas Art’s privacy policy.
